The Secret of MonaLisa's Smile Revealed
I read somewhere in the papers about the secret of Mona Lisa's smile. And here's the findings :
83% - happy
9% - disgusted
6% - fearful
2% - angry
University of Amsterdam deduced this using an emotion-recognition software.
The algorithm, developed in conjunction with the University of Illinois,
tries to assess the human mood by examining key features such as the
curvature of the lips and crinkles around the eyes, then makes a score with
respect to 6 basic emotions.

EXPECTATIONS
After 2 years and 4 months....guess what?! I'm expecting again, insyaAllah. Just as well, Idlan would be 3 years when the baby arrives this September. Although I believe he strongly wishes to be the only child, but I think his expectations can still be altered once he sees the many advantages of having a sibling. His standard answer when asked about babies is always a "Noooo!!" screech.I guess his encounters with babies have not been to his liking - he hates the prospect of his toys (especially his trains) being chewed upon and thrown around. He is okay with sharing and playing with children his age, or older, but he automatically becomes possesive with younger children, especially toddlers. We are in the process of "normalizing" him by "brain-washing" him with children books on 'The New Baby' and getting him acquainted with family/friends babies. So far, I think he is warming up to the idea of a growing baby in my tummy, as he places his ear on my tummy once in a while. But in terms of socialising with babies, he still has a long way to go!
Today, we went for our first check-up at the Gynae's clinic at Damansara Specialist Hospital. "Welcome back!" she said, and added "...after a LONG break.." And I thought the spacing was just nice! The ultrasound scan confirmed I was 11 weeks pregnant. Baby was moving actively, just like Idlan when he was there. "Only one!" the Dr said. Because my morning sickness was bad this time, the thought of multiples had crossed my mind...One is already a lot to handle okay! She prescribed calcium & obimin tablets, which I solemnly swear to myself to swallow religiously this time. That was the end of the visit, and we walked out of the Gynae's office feeling ecstatic seeing our second baby for the first time :-)
